I believe movement and exercise is essential for health and longevity. There is no one-size-fits-all approach to movement. Different ways of exercising can support a variety of goals and preferences, whether it’s building strength, improving flexibility, or enhancing overall fitness. In different stages in life, the way you move and exercise needs to evolve.Â
 I believe that movement is medicine, helping to keep your joints lubricated, muscles strong, and your body agile and resilient.
As an experienced physiotherapist, Pilates, and yoga instructor, I offer a mindful, empathetic, and results-driven approach to movement. I start with where you are, providing appropriate challenges that prioritize safety and collaboration. Whether through strength training, mobility work, or mindful practices, my programs help you build functional strength, flexibility, and balance. You’ll feel strong, vibrant, and in control of your health while progressing toward your goals with confidence.

Important Information
Initial Consult Requirement
To ensure a tailored and effective experience, all participants must complete a 1-on-1 assessment before joining any class. The number of additional 1-on-1 sessions will be determined during your assessment, based on your specific condition and needs.
Private Health Fund Claiming
Private health fund claiming is available under Physiotherapy (Code 505).
Re-Assessments
We encourage re-assessments every 12 weeks to monitor progress, review your program, and set new goals.
Class Length:
The class goes for 55min. We run on time. Please wait in reception area to be called.
Class Pricing
- Casual Class: $85 per session
- 10-Class Pack: $750 ($75 per class)
Schedule Changes
Class times and instructors are subject to change without prior notice. We appreciate your flexibility and understanding.
Cancellation Policy
We require a minimum of 48 hours' notice for cancellations.
- Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice will be charged 50% of the appointment fee.
- No-shows or non-attendance will be charged the full appointment fee.
Validity
- Class blocks are valid for 12months from purchase and are non transferable
