Hi, I’m Caroline da Silva

I ’m Caroline da Silva, a physiotherapist, women’s wellness and high-performance habits coach, and educator with over 17 years of experience helping people move, heal, and thrive. My approach is holistic, evidence-based, and deeply personalised, focusing on the body as a whole—physically, mentally, emotionally, and socially.

I hold a double degree in Physiotherapy from both Brazil and Australia, which has given me a diverse and well-rounded understanding of movement, rehabilitation, and long-term health. For over a decade, I was the founder and director of Eric Street Physiotherapy and Movement Centre in Cottesloe, where I worked closely with clients to restore movement, build strength, and support their overall well-being. Now, through CDS Physio & Wellness, I continue to provide expert care and education for those seeking to improve their health and longevity.

My work includes care for pain, injuries, and chronic conditions, midlife health and wellness support, and online and face-to-face education on healthy lifestyle habits and wellness topics. I believe that true well-being comes from understanding your body, creating sustainable habits, and learning how to move and live in a way that supports long-term health.

Having undergone spinal surgery myself in 2022, I have a deep personal understanding of spinal injury and rehabilitation. This experience has reinforced my commitment to providing expert guidance in back care, mobility, and strength recovery, with a focus on both physical and emotional resilience. My background in dance has given me a deep appreciation for movement, and I incorporate a variety of techniques, including Pilates, yoga, and mindfulness, to help people reconnect with their bodies. Through health and high-performance coaching, I support individuals in making meaningful lifestyle changes, finding balance, and creating a foundation for lasting well-being.

Outside of my professional work, I find joy in travel, wellness retreats, time at the beach with my family, and continually learning about movement, health, and longevity. I am passionate about helping people feel strong, capable, and in charge of their health at every stage of life. Whether through physiotherapy, movement, or wellness education, my goal is to provide the knowledge, tools, and support needed to create real, lasting change.
